I was thrilled when I spoke with Stanley Cain who said they could come out very soon and hardwire my security devices. The electrician showed up on time, with a truck full of everything he might need and got to work. The job was done efficiently and professionally. When I experienced a problem with the Ring system and I thought it might have been the transformer, I called Stanley who spent time on the phone with me to diagnose. He and Will, the electrician who had done the original installation, both returned the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I think that goes above and beyond what is expected. Especially today, when companies act like they are doing you a favor to get you on their work schedule. A wonderful experience! In fact I will be using them again shortly. read less

Very satisfied with the work! 2nd experience was a semi-emergency situation and, again, super responsive, professional, and very reasonably priced. 3rd experience, yesterday, emergency situation and not only did the owner call, but gave me advice on my particular ( weird ) problem that led me to call the utility company, where the whole solution cost less than $50 - saving me from a service call $$, and added delays, and bigger problems! Then, he called me back to make sure everything turned out o.k.!! This guy could have gone ahead and sent someone out and charged me, but didn’t. I own a roofing company and we hired a different electrician to do the work. He set the date to do work, and that day went by no call. When I got a hold of him he said he took a bigger job and would maybe be by in a few weeks. I needed this job complete to install my gutters. I called Cain and they sent someone out that day and fixed my problem. They gave me a price range for the work and stayed on the low side of that. Thanks for the help, you are now my electrician!
